Mother's Visa not recieved

My parents had been to visa interview on the 24th Mar. they were told that the visa is issued. Today I received only My fathers passport. My mom's passport was not delivered. when I checked the status online it says The passport was not handed over to VFS.

Not sure where the passport is? what do I do next? what could be the reason for this? has any one had similar status?

Recieved 221G on Blue slip

Hi,

I received my mothers passport today, however, there is a blue slip in it asking for more information.
Apparently looks like when I filled the DS 160 application, I made a mistake in the gender. They have asked to send a new DS160 through the drop box.
My question is
what documents are required when I go to drop the documents in the drop-box. Do I need to send just the DS160 and Passport or do I send the other documents as well.
Do I need the HDFC reciept when I go to VFS in bangalore? how long will this process take to get the visa? Can i represent my Mother to go to the VFS. what documents do I need to show them for that?
