letter to consulate for visitor visa

Hi, I wanted to know do I have to send the letter addressed to consulate anywhere or do I send this to the person I'm sponsoring and let them bring it with them to the interview? Do I just send 1 signed copy or do I send duplicate?

Send it to the person you are sponsoring. One letter is fine.
