Visit Visa during Immigration

Can I apply for a short term Visit Visa to meet my Husband in US who is a Green Card Holder & has already applied for my Immigration VIsa.
Its been a year since I got married & have applied for immigration?
Please guide me.

The immigration visa application will show up in your record. And that application proves that you have immigrant intent.

To get the visitor visa you have to prove long-term non-immigrant intent. You are not in a position to do that.

So it will next to impossible for you to get a visitor visa.
