Hi my sibling is very much disabled because of cerebral palsy, in his early 30s and in the care of my elderly parents (both 60+). He is unable to do anything himself and requires full time care. I want to bring all three of them to US to visit me. I am on H1B visa last few years. What medical certification I need to obtain? Even if visa is given, I fear airline might reject him as a passenger.
