Inviting My mother in law

Hi,

I am planning to bring my mother in law to US in visitor visa. Me and my wife are green card holders and on this month beginning we opened a company . My wife is a house wife. I get 1099 .so can anyone tell me as to what documents i should provide instead of Employment Letter? Can u tell me as to what all forms i should submit if i own a company ?. My mother in law's interview date is fixed on January 11th 2005.
