  • B2 visitor visa for brother-in-law

    Hello everyone,,
My in-laws and brother-in-law who are in India are planning to apply for a B2 visitor visa to visit me and my wife in the US. Both me and my wife are on H1B visas(from different companies). I'm a full time employee in California; my wife is working for a Texas-based consultancy for a client in California. So I thought it'll be better if I sponsored my brother-in-law for his B2 visa.

Now my in-laws are retired, own property back in India so I believe they have very good chances of getting their visas approved. My brother-in-law has just landed a job, will be joining in February. I've the following questions: showbox.bio/ tutuapp.uno/ vidmate.vet/
    1. My in-laws are planning to attend visa interview in late Jan. Would it be ok if my bro-in-law also attends the interview along with them, showing his offer letter for his job? Or,
    2. Would it better if my bro-in-law attended the interview after joining his job separately?

    Please help.

It is really difficult for a young, fresher to get a B2 visa. I would suggest to wait for him to join the job and get married before you apply for his visa.
