sisters visa

me and my husband wants to apply for my sisters visa (visit). I am expecting my first child and want her to accompany me at this time. My mother already has a valid visa but since my sister is just 20 years, they rejected hers about 2 years back. Now we want to apply for her once again. My question is: SHould i mention that im pregnant and want her here for that purpose or should i just say she wants to visit for tourism purposes?
