DS-160 Confirmation Page

I was finally able to complete DS160 after several days efforts – Thanks to immihelp for detailed explanation of everything. On the confirmation page, I emailed the page to myself per immihelp advice. They sent the confirmation page in PDF format.

My problem is, I tried opening it for viewing but it only shows English part of the confirmation. I have entered Mumbai consulate so part of the letter that’s in hindi doesn’t show up on the pdf. Do you think this is the problem with the viewer or pdf creator on VFS’s part? I even tried to open it at my workplace and even printed it out on paper but same problem there as well. Please help..!

Yes. I have experienced same error. Fortunately I have full version of adobe on my Pc so I had also printed the confirmation letter in pdf format and saved on my pc.

I think the confirmation pdf is also valid as long as they can access the bar code. The vo needs that bar code as a key to your online application.

Thanks for quick response. I have the pdf saved as wellbut barcode is not as clear on original printout. I guess as far as it's readable, it should be fine. I will send both printouts - one from counsulate with missing hindi words and one from my pdf...just in case.!
