I am a naturalized citizen, can someone please tell me asasp what does "original statement from us consular officer verifying US citizenship" ,mean?
I have my passport's copy and naturalization certificate copy. Also does the certificate needs to be sent in original?

You don't need all of the proof. Just one of them.

Either the copy of the passport or the copy of the naturalization certificate is enough.
