Help! Filipino, moving in Egypt this month and visit USA on july!

I am going to work this month in Egypt, but I am going to USA on July...
my Egyptian employer will sponsor the trip there in USA..
This are my questions...

1. If I can apply tourist visa of USA in Egypt or I will apply it here in Philippines?
2. what are the documents I need to prepare?
3. how many months/weeks/days is the process?
4. what are the documents did my Egyptian employer need to prepare?
5. what type of visa will I apply?...

1. How long will you be in Egypt? Where will you be headed after your US Business trip?
If you are only in Business trip in Egypt then you have to apply for a US visa in the Philippines.
If you will stay in Egypt for years, and will apply for a resident visa there, then you can apply in Egypt.
2. Certificate of employment, Contract with the Employer. and if you are going back to Egypt after your US trip you have to make sure that you have a permit to re-enter Egypt.
3. Processing will be 3 to 4 day only and on the same day of interview you will be informed if they will issue you a visa or not. Unless they will ask for additional document.
4. (a) YOur employer should provide a letter to the embassy regarding your purpose of visit in USA. (b) An invitation from the company in USA will be helpful too. (c) Flight Reservation (d) Hotel Reservation (e) Allowances that they are going to provide and stuff like that (f) some US embassy asks for financial statement of the company.
5. Apply for B1 Visa.


Im Filipino as well, working in Thailand. I applied in Thailand for a US Visa just last month.
