hi. my visa expires on april 2021 and was looking into applying for a new one well not the now but nearer the time. i was wondering when i submitted my application which was 4 year ago was wondering since it was a long time ago, would it be possible to use that information again if i can retrieve it, as i have tried and it's not recognising my application id, so maybe it been to long since i submitted the form to use the information again
