b-2 rentry, Invitation letter

My parents visited me in Nov 2009, while my Dad left on 26 Dec 2009. My mother is staying with me, and will be completing her i-94 date in May.
I plan to send her back before that, I am planning to call my Dad again in sometime in last week of April 2010, so that both my Mom and Dad travel together back to India.

1. Will there be any problem at POE for my father as he is coming back to USA after 4 months.
2. Do I need to mention anything specific in Invitation letter ? Can someone point me to Invitation letter for reentry case / or give some suggestions

Based on my experience, he should be admitted but may go through secondary screening where CBP officer may ask additional questions. If you can provide a letter and supporting docs for him to show the officer, it should help.

My parent returned to US after short stint outside (2mo.), and was able to enter successfully, but apparently their visa are now flagged and has to go through secondary screening the last 2 times they entered.
