Affidavit - urgent

Hi,

Can you please confirm below asap:
In Visitor documents - we need to get affidavit for parents ?
I am going to sponsor for my dad and mom. Should i get separate affidavit for both of them showing the property details . Infact all property are on my dads name only. Can i include both their names in 1 property affidavit letter?

Also, it is mentioned in immihelp that affidavit should not be in stamp paper instead it should be on CA's letter head. What is CA's letter head ? can i use stamp paper or not ? If not please tell me what is CA letter head n where to get it from..

CA = Charterted Accountant (like CPA in the US)
