creating new profile

hi,
my parents, sister and her daughter applied for a USA visa last year a couple of times but got rejected, last month on same profile I applied only for mom and dad, fortunately, they got approved and issued visitor's visa. Now I want to apply visa for my sister and her daughter should I create a different new profile ?? or should I apply visa with old profile ?? How?

You can certainly use the same profile. And even new profile won't harm.
