USA B2 Visa No Status Update

Hi,

November 08th, 2019:
I have submitted my infant daughter USA B2 visa papers which was successfully accepted by VFS New Delhi, India.

November 13th, 2019:
Status on https://ceac.state.gov/ got updated as "Application Received"

Today after 14 days the status is the same.

Is this normal or do i need to take any action. Please advise...
