Can Mom re-enter with B2 visa after one month of leaving

My Mom has B2 visa validity till 03/25/20 but she left on 11/23/19 after 6 months stay in USA. I plan bringing her back on 12/28/19. I dont really know what the outcome will be at the POE. Please could i get some insight or people's experience?

If that becomes a pattern, then it will be a problem.
