Dear All i applied for B1/B2 visa from Pakistan for a conference in 2020 march and it was fully funded, and i have already visited Dubai, Thailand, Sri lanka, Malaysia, Brazil and Europe(Germany, Poland, Italy, Austria and Spain), i also have three kids and working with an international company and receiving handsome salary a month near about one Hundred thousand i am shocked to come to know about my refusal

well after few days when i checked my online status with embassy there is mentioned IS DEPENDENT FALSE can anybody explain what does it mean?

If you were refused during the consulate interview, then the CEAC status will read "refused" or a variation of that. The note that you've shown is probably a glitch in the CEAC system. It should read either "issued" or "refused".
