I completed my DS160 in October and got an oppointment for December. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule because of a sudden official to trip to UK. I will be back just 2 days before the interview which is on 19 Feb. Please let me know whether I need to change my DS160 to update my latest travel?

No, you will bring the update information to the Embassy and offer it to the consular officer. They will decide then and there if it's worth rescheduling or if it's not substantial enough to reschedule.--Good luck--
