cancer patient require visitors visa for mother

hello everyone,
I am on h4 visa .I am recently detected with cancer and for my surgery and the following treatment i need my help of my parents to take care of me and my babygirl not even a year old. i have some specific treatment where i will be required to be isolated from othere for some days.
so in otherwords i will be able to undergo treatment only if they get visa.
my problem is last year their visitors visa got regected without much reason.
so i am afraid whether this time they will get visa or not.
anyone please .................help.....i just want to know if there is any way to get their visa.
i mean any other type of visa for this kind of reason.i may need to start my treatment as early as possible. my doctor is ready to provide me with a letter of my medical problems.
please immediate help is greatly appreciated................................

any help with senators letter to get visiting visa

hello everyone,
i would like to know whether a letter from senators office can make a difference in getting visitors visa for my parents.
their visa got rejected one time earlier. i am going to apply again.
anyone,s help is highly appreciated.

it would sound better ( also it would be the exact truth) if you said you needed your parents for emotional support while undergoing cancer therapy- i presume it is radiation therapy? Your doctor should highlight how serious and potentially fatal the illness is ( i'm sorry, but they need to hear that in order to listen sympathetically). Don't bring in other topics like children etc. Focus only on your illness and need to see your parents in this horrible situation. Good luck and best wishes for your recovery. don't forget all the supporting documents like financial support and strong ties that link your parents to india etc.
also from my reading of this site, it seems a congressperson's letter would help rather than a state senator.
