Can I take appointment in English if only one person knows English

My father is very good at English but my mother doesnt know. She can't even understand English.So ,can I take appointment in English ?BTW This is for Chennai consulate.

Yes. Please take the english interview date available and if need be your father can translate the question asked by VO to your mother. Who knows the VO may ask question in Tamil also to your mother as it is Chennai consulate. Most VOs speak and understand Tamil there.
