  • RE- Applying again after rejection

    hello,

i applied for USA tourist visa , 9 years back.with my parents.
i was single, around 23 yr age.
my parents got the visa and mine was rejected saying u are single , u will settle there, and u wont come back.
they didnt even saw documents. simply refused nd rejected.
but they didnt put any stamp for rejection in passport .

now i have new passport, travelled many places like china, singapore, dubai, hongkong, etc.

so now i am married and planning to visit usa.
so in application form, it ask have u ever rejected usa visa- what should i fill.

agents say, no rejection stamp then u fill NO.- if u fill yes then u will rejected again.

some say, thy hav all ur records , so fill YES.

and 7 years back - in old passport , i hav australia rejection stamp.

    what should i do.

I think you should be honest and fill about your last rejection. I got my visa approved today at second interview and my last interview was only a month back so if they can reverse a decision within a month your rejection is ages ago and definitely enough time has passed and your circumstances can't be same.

Also no need to mention anything about Australia as its not relevant. Be honest.

Never tell lie, or hide the truth. USA has a very good system to go through all your history & if found lying you can be banned for any further visa.
