B2 Visa Application information

Hi All,

I am 18 yrs old and want to apply for B2 visa to meet my father’s brother in Us. I am doing BTeCh in India and want to meet my uncle in Us for 21 days in holidays. So which documents are required to file B2 visa. Can my uncle sponsor for my visit. Can I mention that my uncle is sponsoring it and going to meet him.

More importantly you'll need to prove strong ties to your home country, an married status, regular job, some savings, some property in your name would be beneficial.

A young single student with no regular income will be difficult to get visitor visa.

But my uncle is sponsoring for it so can I add my uncle name as sponsors while filling a ds 160. I have no property in my name I am doing btech so college documents will help if yes which documents can I show .
can I show my uncle as sponsor?

You can show him as sponsor, but then by doing so, you'll loose chance to prove strong ties to your home country.

As I am student and doing BTeCh . I have no income in India . So I should not apply B2 visa to meet my uncle and visit Us.
any other way to get visa
