Visitor visa - Frequency of visit

Hi,

I have to take my mother-in-law, who is on Visitor's visa, back to India within 3 months of her stay in the US. This is mainly to attend a family function back in India and return to US within 3 weeks. Would it be a problem in the immigration if I bring her back along with us? My intention is not to get an extended stay in the US but to keep her with us atleast for 3 more months when we come back. Please advise. Thanks.

The untold law is that you are expected to stay in your home country double the time you spent in USA. If you are visiting USA frequently you will be flaged and unwanted questions will be asked at POE when you visit USA. Better to avoid this situation.
