My parents visa got rejected 3 times since june 2004 under 214(b)
My father is 75 yrs and mother is 64 yrs of age.
They did not ask any question first and third time to my parents ,just put
the rejected stamp on their passports and returned saying they can not issue
visa for my parents. Second time however they asked 2 questions : does your
daughter work in us and why are you going?
I am so frustated with this and want to appeal for reviewing the case.
Can anyone tell me the procedure and if there are any chnaces of getting the decision in my favor?
