Hi,
My inlaws got a 10 year multiple entry visa granted and they first came to see us in March 2009 and left beginning of September 2009. They came back again on Feb 26 2010 and would be here till Aug 4 2010.
They would again have to come back around Nov-Dec 2010 to their daughter's place again for helping her. But this time they would come to a different state.
Will it create any problems at the port of entry if they leave by august and come back by december. What should be the duration between two visits.
If not, is it advisable to apply for their extension, if so can we ask for 6 months extension.
Please suggest as it is very important.
