visitor visa - if changing jobs

My parents have an appointment for visitor visa in Mar '05. I am working in company A with H-1 since 1 year and am planning to send those documents.

What if I change company within the next 3 months. Should I send the documents of present company right now (for which I have 1 year paystubs, tax returns) or wait to join another company. Is it OK if I change jobs within March.

Please advise.

Actually, you can do it either way.

If you will have enough time to send the documents from new company before their interview, do that. Else, send from old company.

Thank you for your reply. My only concern is about pay stubs, employment letter from new company. Does it matter if I have less amount of paystubs, employment letter which would say joined recently. Please advise.

If you don't have enough paystubs from new company, take some from new and rest from old.
