mother visa cancelled

My mother went to Delhi consulate after I sent her all the paper work. I am on H1 here with my family. The consular just ask her how many years I have been in this country and Am I alone or with my family. My mother told him everything he said politely please come next year and gave her 214 some thing that Since I am on non immgrant visa I cannot apply for my mom legally?? My freinds parents have come ?? Can any body comment here.

Are you applying for her visitors visa or greencard?

She can of course apply for visitors visa if you are on H1. Read https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visas/visitor

If you want to apply for her greencard, you have to wait until you become US citizen.

NO I have applied for visitor visa. and she was spending her own money to come here. But the consulate ask her to come back this year( she appleid in DEC.) Do u think she should go back again and apply. My father will be in India . She is coming alone>
