Ordering of documents

Is there any order in which the required documents for visitor visa needs to be kept? I know that there are a lot of supporting documents that are case specific but what about the mandatory ones like appointment related, Sponsorship related ones? Are they to be filed in a particular order and kept as a file?
And also since my father and mother are going together for the interview, do they need to carry two sets of all mandatory documents?
