Visa process for elderly citizens

Hey there,

I wanted to know whether my grand parents who are aged 85 and 78 will have to take an interview for tourist visa at Mumbai consulate. Moreover, does the consulate have any special arrangements for applicants who are physically disabled?

I would appreciate if someone could help me with this issue.

80 and above don't need interview. Younger than that require interview.

There are no specific provisions for disabled.
