does DS 160 form expire?

Hi,

I have filled DS160 on May 26 for my parents. But still not getting interview date in Mumbai with Gujarati Interpreter. Does DS160 get expired like DS156/15/7? If yes after how many days? Is there any way to find out my DS160 is still active?
