June 2020 - Can Indian parents on visitor visa travel to us now?

June 2020 - Can Indian parents on visitor visa travel to us now? The tourist visas were officially suspended up to April 15th I believe. Can I be sure that they can travel now, I want to go ahead and book tickets. Also is there a risk that the flights that are are being posted as available get cancelled without refund in the future?

yes - if you can find a flight, you can come to the US
no - if a flight is cancelled for no fault of yours, then the airline refunds the fee or re-books you on a different flight
