Visitor Visa

MY visa was cancelled almost three years when i was 15 for overstaying one year... the officer at the airport told me i could apply again because i was a minor and it was not my decision to stay in the US and he said that my application was only being "withdrawn" but he took my laser card. any way will i get another visa ??

What should i say at the appointment?? i have no intention of living in the US i just want to visit
