I was looking a your site and wondered if this site was only dedicated to visas for visitors in India? Are the instructions also applicabloe for lets say visitors from Thailand?

Thanks for your reply and I do realize that you cannot provide legal advice but I am trying to make a distinction regarding the "Tourist Visa" process in that my understanding is that anyone applying for a tourist visa from another country not under the waiver program has to demonstrate a strong desire to return to their respective country in the form of evidence of home/business ownership, certain wealth in the form of bank accounts and other such reasons that show a desire to return to their country.

I have also ascertained from your site and other sources that there is a sponsor mechanism whereby a person from America could sponsor as a friend a person from another country by completing an immigration form, letters to consulate and visiting person inviting them to come to America and also evidence of financial stability to support this visiting person (i.e. tax return, bank accounts...). does this process exist for lets say someone who desires to visit from Thailand or is this only specific or more successful for visitor from India?
