Passport Validity

Hello All,

My parents are due to visit me in New Jersey on the 22nd of July 2010. They have a return ticket confirmed for 2nd of December 2010. However, their passports are expiring on 21st January 2011. Will this be a problem??? Do they have to get their passports renewed before arriving to the US??? Thanking everyone in advance!

As per your posting, they are going to return back to home country before the expiry of the passports. Let them apply for new passports once they return.

I had the same question, can my parents travel in the last six months of the pasport validity and return before expiry?
