B2 Visa application as a family

If a family consisting of a husband (63years), wife (60 years), their daughter (35 years) and their granddaughter (5 years) want to apply for a visitor visa to the US, do each of them have to fill a separate form 160? How many forms do they need to fill in total?

Also, do they pay the HDFC fees of Rs.6720 once as a family? If not could you please specify how many people does it need to be paid for individually?

I have looked at the VFS and Immihelp website and havent found much information, would be great if someone could share information on these...

DS-160 and HDFC receipts are one per each applicant.
Visa appointment can be booked together though.
