Recent Arrival to US with B2 visa

My father is intending to visit USA dure to family reason. He has multiple entry visa, wondering if anybody has entered US, preferrably via SFO. What is the situation with Covid. Very much appreciate it. This is an aswesome forum.

My parent came last week, not through SFO though. No issues, just asked when is return and what visa status to enter. Someone else also came thru SFO, without any issues I heard. Make sure not stopping or coming from the COVID banned countries (like Europe, Brazil etc). Some airports like Boston, JFK are requiring filing a declaration form.
