Both kids in USA and what is the probability of parents getting visitor visa

Hi

My father is a governement employee and i am on H1B and my sister is on F1 in this case what is the probability that my parents get a visitor visa. To show the bondage in India my father is a govt employee so my parents will return back to India.

Please let me know if both the kids are here will it be a hindrance for them to get a visitor visa.

There is no specific rule regarding eligibility of parents if all kids are in US.

Consular officer will look at entire application, specific circumstances and decide accordingly.
