Are US Embassies in India open to apply for B2 visa?

Hi,
We're expecting a baby and planning to bring my mother and in-laws when the baby is here.
So, wanted to know if we can apply for the visitor Visa now.

Are the US embassies in India accepting Visitor Visa applications?
