Need urgent help

Hi all
i am in the us on h-1b with my wife.i sent my daughter to india in january after spending 6-months in the us with my friend's wife.
My baby is 2 and half years old.now we would like to call her back.in my family me and my brother are here in the us .my baby is in india with my parents.they are the only one who can bring my daughter here because my wife can't travel on her owen(she is epilaptic) and i cant get day off. My parents went to get visitor visa but the were rejected after asking following questions.
Why do you want to go to us?
What does your son do?
Do you have any child?
What does your another son do in the usa?
Thats all.and vo denied the visa.(they went on 26ht june 2010)
now they have another appointment on 26th july and my baby is still there
do you have any advise for them?
We are planning to take the original passport of my daughter during visa interview and dr letter for my wife.
Is it worth it to take passport with them?
Any other advise please

If they can't get visa, and if your wife can't go and you can't go, I don't see any other solution.

May be your brother can go and bring her here.
