DS 160 form : Surname

Currently my Surname in the passport is blank. Both Surname and Given name has been clubbed in the Given name section. Please suggest can I provide surname part from given name in the in surname field DS 160 visa form?

Ex : Given name : DAISY JAMES in passport

Will enter in the DS 160 form as follows:

Surname : JAMES
Given : DAISY

You have to write FNU for given name, and full name for surname in DS-160.
