Apply for emergency travel documents at embassy to travel.

    Good luck.

      Overstay of VISA

Hi, thanks for your quick reply.

What type of document is "travel document". It means I don't need passport to travel? I am afraid, if I contact embassy they will depot me forcefully and I may face legal complications in US or in my home country. I want to settle all issues (if any) here itself and want to go back respectfully to my country.

How much time would it take me to reach to my country after settling all the issues?

I have already got deportation order.

I hope you understood my concern. Your advice would be sincerely appreciated.

      Thanks in advance... Vikram

If you have deportation letter, take it to your embassy and they will issue travel document to travel back to your country. Without travel document, no country will accept you.

There is no alternative to travel document.

Call the consulate of the country you belong too, Obviously you have to explain how come you lost your passport, etc, etc.
I am sure you will need some papers, photocopy to prof to show that that you are a citizen of the county you belong too.

I cannot be from India and now want to back to Switzerland right?
