Does B1/B2 means that I have both the visa

Hi,

I went to USA some time back through my past organization for some work related trainings. The B1/B2 visa applied at that time is still Valid. Now I wish to go to USA to visit friends/vacation. Do I need to apply for B2 visa again? My passport shows visa type/class as R B1/B2.

You have both: business visa and visitor visa.
