B2 visa for 3 year old child

Hi,

I'm Gayatri and I'm applying for B2 visa shortly.
I will be travelling along with my 3 year old daughter.
Do I have to fill a separate DS-160 form for her?Would she also be a primary applicant like me?
She's also not currently attending school.

Please help me on this regard.

Yes, you need to fill a different DS160 for your daughter too. Yes she will also be the primiary applicant. IT does not matter if she goes to school are not. I sponsored for my wifer's sister and her son (3 years old) and they got visa 2 months back. Dont worry have all the necessary documents.

your daughter becomes dependent.
You both will take visa appointment together.
Of course, as stated, DS-160 is required for all applicants.

My sister and 4 year old nephew are also applying for their B2 visa.

I will help as far as i can,
My sister is the principal applicant.Her son will be dependant.
I paid application fee for both my sister and nephew.(same amount for each).
Filled DS160 form for both.(separate forms for each).
They will attend interview together.(even new borns need to attend visa interview.This was told to me when I called vfs).

Call vfs centre and they will explain the procedure.I called them yesterday.

Do you know is it mandatory to have both parents while interview? or one parent is fine and get the No Objection Letter from other parent.
My sister is also applying her visa with my niece. So anyways She will be with my niece in interview. My niece is 12 yrs old but still she comes under minor. So, is it okay not to have his father while interview? He can attend the interview but my concern if only one parent allowed then there is no need for him to go.
