B1/B2 Visa Renewal

Hi,
I am trying to renew B1/B2 visa for my mother. Can some one let me know what documents do we need. Earlier we had a house in India which was in her name, but now its sold.

Here are the list of documents required for B1/B2 visa:

Passport
Digital Photograph
Travel itinerary
Resume or CV
Date of previous travel trips to the US
Purpose of travel

Documentation plays an important role in the process of getting a B1/B2 visa

sainath99 along with the above documents we also need DS160 form right?

If he’s come several times, each time using almost the full six months it’s basically showing immigration intent. You’re not supposed to use the full six months, that’s to cover special circumstances.

Best to leave for a month and wait a year.

If they are serious about going together, then either apply for K1 or get married and apply for CR1.
