Hi All,
I recently applied my H1 Visa Extension through Premium Processing and also applied my wife's H4 Extension. I got my H1 Extension approval but my wife's status shows as "Initial Review".
This Month August 13th, 2010 my wife parents (In-Laws) are going for Visa Stamping at Hyderabad US Consulate. I gave them all the required documents along with my New H1 I-797 but I don't have my wife new H4 extension copy as it is still pending.
I can give them her receipt number which we received when filed for her H4 extension.
Do you think they will create any problem as my wife's status is pending but not mine.
Any inputs will be helpful.
