Hello,
I have a sister in Vietnam that who has interviewed twice for a visitation visa from Vietnam and twice they have denied her. We have supplied all documentation required but yet their reasoning for denying her a visitation visa is that they feel she would come to the usa and not want to return. My sister is 50yrs old, married, and has 3 children that she would never think to abandon. Would you please tell me what we need to do to increase or insure that she is granted a visitation visa?
