US Visa - change of address - regarding

Sir,

My wife and I had US Visa from US Embassy at New Delhi in 2008. It is a 10 year multiple visa. We now plan to shift to Chennai.

Do we have to intimate the change of address to US Embassy at New Delhi/US Consulate, Chennai or obtain a fresh Visa?
