My mother applied for her B2 visa renewal via dropbox. She got an email update saying the visa was refused and she needs to go to the Chennai consulate for a follow up interview. The email said her passport and visa refusal letter is being mailed back to her. Today she got her passport back but there was no visa renewal letter. Has this happened to anyone? Not sure if they just 'missed' including the letter with the passport or if it is something else? Can she print the email and go to the consulate or does is have to be the letter? She is able to book an appointment using the link that was send to her in the email. Thank you.
