Clarification on Visitor Visa

Hello

This is Kiran. I have filled-in DS-160 forms for myself & for my wife. And when scheduling an appointment, I have added my wife as my dependent.

Now my questions are

1. Can both of us be interviwed in the same appointment and no need to have a separate appointment for my wife alone ?
2. I did not notice any specific section in DS_160 for mentioing about mulitple/single entry to US. How would I know which type (Multiple/Single) entry will I be issued ?

You both will be interviewed together and issue of single/multy visa depends on the interview outcome.
