Immihelp is doing a great job thru dis forum. hope it helps me too with the best possible solution.
My sister and bro-in-law are staying in New Jersy (U.S) since the past 4 years. Now, my mother, father, my younger sister and me are planning to go for a visit ( pleasure trip ) to NJ.
My father is a business man
my mother is a home maker
my sister is neither a job holder nor married.
i am working as a software engineer since past two years n not married
I will be applying leave for a period of 3 months n will be resuming back my work here in the same company after my vacation.
Please suggest the best way such that all four of us get the visitor visa.
We are scared to apply all together as a group since there is a chance of mine n my sis's visa getting rejected and this might effect my parents visa also.
But also have a hope that since my parents have a very good base here in their business in india n should definately come back to india and so it will be easy for us ( me n my sister) to get a visa along with them.
Please suggest the best way to apply a visa, so that my parents visa will not be effected and even we can get a visa.
